How do I get a quote and book?
Use the quote request form, or email or WhatsApp us your postcode, the rooms in your home and the service you need. We will reply with a personal quote, and once you are happy to go ahead we will confirm your date and time.
How is my price worked out?
We price by the room rather than by the hour. Your quote reflects the number and type of rooms, the service you need and the condition of the property, and it is agreed with you before any work begins.
How do I pay?
Payment arrangements are confirmed with your quote, before the service takes place. For your security, please do not send card details to us by email or WhatsApp.
Can I arrange a regular cleaning service?
Yes. Tell us how often you would like the service when you request your quote and we will confirm what we can offer for your home. Your service remains managed by Meon Valley Home Clean, giving you one point of contact for questions and support.
Who will be cleaning my home?
Your service is carried out by an experienced, independent cleaning professional whom we have approved in advance, including identity, insurance and reference checks. You deal with Meon Valley Home Clean for everything before and after your service.
Will I always have the same cleaning professional?
We value continuity and will preserve it where practical, but your service is booked with Meon Valley Home Clean rather than with an individual professional. If circumstances change, we may arrange another approved, experienced professional so that your service can continue without unnecessary disruption.
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment or products?
No. Cleaning professionals attend with their own suitable professional equipment and products required for the booked service. If your home contains a specialist surface or material that needs particular care, please tell us in the booking notes.
Why are Before & After photographs taken?
Before & After photographs form part of our quality-control process. They are limited to areas relevant to the booked service and help us verify completion and resolve any service concern quickly. They are not used for public marketing without separate permission.
How is access to my home handled?
Any access instructions you provide are used only as needed to arrange and fulfil your service. Relevant details are shared only with the professional assigned to the booking and the systems used to manage that booking. Please avoid placing passwords, alarm codes or other sensitive information in general email messages unless necessary.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Contact Meon Valley Home Clean by email or WhatsApp as soon as possible. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling terms confirmed with your quote will apply to the booking.
What happens if something is not up to standard?
Tell us promptly. If an agreed part of the service has fallen below the Meon Valley standard, our Elite Service Recovery process applies. We will prioritise a corrective reclean within 24 hours where reasonably possible and may also apply an appropriate client credit. You deal with us; we manage the resolution behind the scenes.
