Reviews & Testimonials Policy

1. Our commitment

We publish genuine client feedback to help prospective clients understand the Meon Valley Home Clean experience. We take reasonable and proportionate steps to ensure reviews and testimonials we publish are genuine and not misleading.

2. Genuine reviews only

• We do not knowingly publish fake reviews or testimonials.
• We do not ask contractors, family members or connected people to pose as ordinary clients.
• Where a review comes from a platform or source outside our direct control, we will not present it as independently verified by us unless that is genuinely the case.

3. Incentives

If a review has been provided in return for a material incentive, the incentive must be disclosed clearly where the review is published. We do not conceal incentivised reviews.

4. Editing and excerpts

We may correct obvious spelling or punctuation errors or shorten a review for layout. We do not materially alter its meaning, turn negative feedback into positive feedback, or selectively edit it in a way that creates a misleading impression.

5. Selected testimonials

Testimonials shown on our website or social media may be selected examples rather than every review we have received. We will not represent selected testimonials as a complete or independently calculated rating unless that is genuinely the case.

6. Client identity and consent

Where we rely on consent to republish client feedback, that consent is optional and separate from the cleaning-service contract. Unless separately agreed, we use no more identifying information than a first name and general locality.

7. Concerns

If you believe a review published by Meon Valley Home Clean is fake, misleading, wrongly attributed or should be corrected, contact hello@meonvalleyhomeclean.co.uk.
